Functional Athletic Sports Training

Born and raised in a small town, Yerington, NV, Brianne Edmunds has been involved and excelled in athletics from an early age. She always had a passion for all sports, but she began playing basketball, volleyball and softball competitively in her elementary and middle school years. These three sports were where she excelled in high school as well. Brianne moved to Reno her sophomore year of high school, where she was a three year varsity player in all three sports. She was named to first team all conference in all 3 sports her senior year. Brianne was named female athlete of the year at her high school, Spanish springs, her senior year. She was also named female athlete of the year by the sparks tribune.

After high school, over the next few years, Brianne began running competitively. Running in 3 marathons, and 1 ultra marathon of 50 miles.

Brianne's competitive nature has led her into many different aspects of the fitness/athletic industry. She started competing in the NPC bikini category 5 years ago, where she still competes to this day, and is working towards getting her pro card.

Brianne began personal training and teaching boot camps and spin class while attaining her degree in public health at the university of Nevada Reno. She fell in love with training and knew it was her passion. Certified through NASM and the CHEK institute, Brianne is knowledgable in many aspects of training and nutrition. Through her years of training and athletics, she has found that hard work and dedication gets you where you want to be! She has a passion and a drive to help people succeed in whatever their goals may be, whether it is competing in a bikini competition, playing a sport, losing weight, corrective exercise for an injury or just to workout for fun!
